"But it's Gina D'Acciaro who steals this show as an Ethel Merman-esque Broadway belter. Her gut-busting rendition of "I Can Sing" stops the first act in its tracks, garnering her murmurs of audience anticipation at each subsequent entrance."  -BACKSTAGE WEST

"..the standout exception(s)...Gina D'Acciaro, an old school belter who brings real spice to the sarcastic Mexican maid." - LA TIMES

"Equally engaging are Johnny Chavez and Gina D'Acciaro as two boisterous Mexican servants going through a mating call of their own, highlighted by the delightful duet "I'm the Man For You."

...This musical hits all the right notes. This was most realized by scene-stealer Gina D’Acciaro who plays Lucia, the ever-loyal maid... Ms. D’Acciaro’s voice is wonderful to listen to and her playful approach to her character keeps you laughing.

"The Latino element is used vibrantly in "I'm The Man For You" by the seductively mischievous Lucia (Gina D'Acciaro)" -curtainup.com

It’s a particular treat to welcome D’Acciaro back to the Crossley stage, scene of her Ovation Award-nominated performance in Tales Of Tinseltown, once again getting laughs pretty much every time she opens her mouth.  -stagescenela.com

"Most notable is D'Acciaro as Kate, gradually inhabiting the role until the wife and mother is a powerful presence; in a part that could have been a blaze of overacting, she modulates Kate's anguish in several scenes honestly and passionately." -THE PROVIDENCE PHOENIX
(Review of Arthur Miller's ALL MY SONS)

"...a zaftig Ethel Merman offers a rousing and vocally convincing rendition of "O Holy Night"

"The screen test that introduces singing janitor (Stephen Van Dorn, never better), Merman-esque belter (the hilarious Gina D'Acciaro) and enervated dancer (nimble Robert Marra) is a  triple-play showstopper."           -L.A. TIMES

"...wonderful musical comedy performers and fine singers, surrounded by a scene stealing supporting cast led by the wow-worthy Gina D'Acciaro as Bertha (the loudest belter in Hollywood history..." -STAGESCENELA.COM

    BACKSTAGE WEST excerpt:
    “WHO GOT THE PART?”
Article By: Cassie Carpenter, June 14th, 2007:

“Gina just blew the song out of the water, which I’d asked her to do,” Artistic Director Mark Stephenson says. “She had a load of fun with it...The other thing is she intimidated the other actresses who were waiting in the hall [with] how well she sang that song. Two actresses literally looked at me and said, “I’m not going to get this, so thank you,’and they just left. I’m sitting there thinking, ‘She’s got it, the way she just nailed that, sheesh!”

D’Acciaro has been having a blast in the show’s successful run...The feeling is mutual for Stephenson. “Gina is a hoot,” he says. “Every performance that I’ve seen with her, the crowd applauds, she says one more line, and the crowd keeps applauding. As an actress, I can see Gina doing Equity musicals like Spamalot. I could definitely see her doing a sitcom, as well, because she’s just got that bubbly personality that people gravitate towards. She is like a friendly magnet. Gina is a blessing. We love having actors like her.”

"Gina D’Acciaro, she of the biggest voice in town, who stole scenes left and right in the recent Tales of Tinseltown, is one tough Lucy, but with Gina playing the role, you know she’s got a soft side."
